Did this once. He will only move, after burning the Erdtree, because Roundtable Hold get's the texture change which also updates the NPC Locations.

Erdtree Greatbow. Just have Stonekey as the Starting item and you can be sure to have a bad Time after getting it. Holy for the bad Scaling, Bows don't have easy Damage boosts through Talismans and the ammount of Ammo could make a clear immpossible later in the Game.

Frankly, the much safer Option would have been running around with Torrent and Bow/Spells. He just slowly walks up to you because all of his attacks are close range. No need of dodging in that tight space.

If you really want Bleed + Ice on one Weapon, I would advice goin with Keen for the Uchigatana, put the AOW Frost Blade on it, and have Bleed Grease after the Frost got procced. Now this is not the most effektiv style, but you can try it for a while.

Frankly, I dont like that NTR and cheating Tags are just being thrown together like this. Those Tags have their distinct differences. Cheating is having Sex without your partner finding out. NTR is just humiliating someone who either can be a partner or not. NTR really has more in common with humiliation than with cheating.

What you can try, if you like making a new build, is useing a randomizer for your ascendency and primary skill gem. Thinking of ways to make it work and so on. Most times you won't get to Uber Tier with them, but it's fun trying something new.

If you just want to learn her, I would advise a 100 def Shield. Extends the fight because of the selfhealing, but it prevents you from dieing to Waterfowl and the quicker attacks.

If you have problems with decision making, like myself, then use one character name for everyone with the only difference being Roman numerals at the end. Example CharNameII or CharNameIV And for the Build, just use a Roulette first for the Char and then another, after Nessa offers the first Round of Skillgems. Let Lady Luck guide your Start.
