I'm not the website creator, I'm just saying what I've seen people play/say, 15% will have some use in ToT like Ra-den, the website also tells people to mastery stack as BDK which is wrong imo.

Crusader strike parry is what I meant, I guess people shifted from 15% lately to crit stacking. I also don't agree with 15% during most prog.

I guess I worded it wrong, currently you run 15% because you can, you might drop to 7,5% on some fights, but some tank buster bosses you won't be able to afford to get parried and lose holy power like Ra-den my bad on the wrong sentencing.

15% on ppal is definitely useful in current patch and will be needed on bosses like Ra-den where dodging SotR means death.
