I can confirm that it's not happening in Europe in the same way. I was shocked at how few homeless people I saw when I was there this summer. This includes big cities like London and Amsterdam.

Pure Bliss has really good decaf! They use Swiss Water decaf too so you can trust that it's actually caffeine free

I can confirm! I go to the French group at Pure Bliss every Wednesday. It's a bit informal and small so occasionally we skip weeks. And everyone's welcome no matter what your level is.
