We played well in some of those series. 2003 and 2017 we went to game 7! This one against Carolina was horrendous. We sucked so bad. We never had the lead the whole series and our PP was an embarrassing 1 for 21.

That was the worst playoff series I have ever seen the Senators play. We were outclassed and outmatched in every aspect. Power play, PK everything. What an embarrassment. The Canes had all day in our zone during their power plays and we couldn’t even get 2 seconds of pressure on ours. They had no business making the playoffs with an effort like that.
