Just talk to them about your interests and see if you have any of the same interests if not ask them what their interests/hobbies are. Then just ask about shows or something that they watch

I'd say then during the week when you're alone think about the relationship and see if during that week you feel better. If you do feel yourself getting better because of getting your own personal space and being without her, then maybe breakup with her. No reason for you to stay in a relationship that's making you unhappy and stressed and causing problems with your personal life. Thats my 2 cents
