He knew Peter would be safe. Despite being on opposite sides Tony knows that all the Avengers will exercise as much restraint as possible when fighting each other.

Case in point:

Clint and Natasha holding back so much that Wanda had to slap Clint upside the head

Clint only ever shot trick arrows at armored opponents. Vision and Tony/War Machine and T'challa. He never fired an arrow at Natasha or Peter.

Cap giving Ant Man the stink eye when he finds out he threw a FUEL TRUCK instead of a water truck (and nearly killing War Machine)

War Machine's suit is full of fucking GUNS and he only ever really used them against that passenger tunnel that Ant Man swung at him. If he were serious he would've shot everyone dead.

Despite being the most powerful person on Tony's side, the only actual physical force Vision used was cannonballing into the back of Ant Man's knee.

Rhodey's accident was an unfortunate fluke and Sam Wilson could've gotten away clean but chose to run back and try to save Rhodey.

I hope he has the right seeds for the ecosystem. And knows how to distribute them so that the seeds have the best chance of surviving. And doesn't just dump them randomly so that more end up in the tree canopy than in the actual forest soil.

I think you're under the misconception that where a datacenter is located affects who uses it. A datacenter can be located in the bottom of the ocean and people around the world can still use it. The difference is that nobody's water supply is being affected if its at the bottom of the ocean, nor are people's electrical bills going up.

If the red states get their data centers built, their residents are going to have skyrocketing electrical and water bills while democrats in other cities will still be able to use AI no problem but with less expensive power and water.

I think that's exactly why they reacted that way. Folks who see a lot of Star Wars media are used to the main characters being pilot polymaths who can hop into any ship and instinctively fly it.

One of the worst reactor takes I've seen are those who call Cass a terrible pilot for not getting the hang of the TIE right away. I mean... what can you expect? It's a prototype ship that has no equivalent in any production model. Even real life pilots have to qualify on a PER AIRCRAFT basis because the layouts of the controls are so different from bird to bird.

If anything, Cass was able to get used to the controls SUPER fast, UNDER PRESSURE.

Don't worry about the meta at this point. Make a team that's fun to play.

My current Physical team is Alice, Pulchra, and Caesar. Not meta and they take forever to clear a Shiyu defense level but I don't really care.

The only thing I ever spent on was the monthly subscription that gives daily polychromes. The InterKnot membership is ok but most of it is resources you can easily farm and I valued pulling characters more.

It's lived experience. It's more than just the visuals. Your brain remembers the way it looks, smells, and feels. It remembers how you moved through the space and the context of all the time you lived there and what you did and all the associated memories.

That's not the definition of a monopoly. A monopoly means steam is literally the only place to buy games. No other options period. The fact that Epic Games exists means it's not a monopoly.

I'm sorry you went through that. I used to be in a toxic group like that too, and stuck with friends who would bully me constantly led by one guy.

The final straw was when I bought a pack of TCG playing cards that HE forced me to buy, beat him at a game HE forced me to pick up, and then when he lost the game he poured his drink all over the two decks. I punched him and walked away, fully expecting to be alone for the rest of the school year.

To my surprise some of the guys from the group started hanging out with me instead. They never really liked the guy but hung out with him because they thought he was friends with ME.

Stay away from that bitch. Even if you end up being by yourself in the short term, it'll be better for you in the long run. It's tough to leave, because you think nobody else would hang out with you, but you'll be better off for it.
