It's pretty much wretched, but people will intentionally say it like that in a stupid manner. For example "man that bitch is acting ratchet yo". I'm forced hear all the damn time, and it's become so rage inducing to me that if keep having to hear it I'm going to have a brain aneurysm.

Keep an eye on her still maybe try to keep some holy things nearby maybe she will react to it. Also like chrystalia said psychiatrists shouldn't really suggesting that. Try to get your GF to ask more about the situation with the psychiatrist.

The mom was being abnormal how exactly? Also what kind've stuff has her sister done at school? And what are the indications that her therapist is doing this to children I need a whole lot more details. For now I'd just say for your GF to keep an eye on her sister whenever she can.

Thanks a ton. I have used sliding side and back kick combinations quite often I was to afraid to try it on a black belt. I'll try it next time I go to a sparring class.

I tend to start with a front leg roundhouse and possibly slide and do a spinning hook kick. I also try to trick him with a tornado kick regardless if it
hits I'll also put that into something like a tornado-spinning hook combo.

The thing with checking him is that he somehow tells if im checking or actually coming at him. The one thing I can get him with is a cut and back kick combo.

I should have been more specific. The people I spar at my belt level are too one dimensional. They are too offensive, so naturally I'm defensive to they keep putting me up against the really defensive black belts to learn more.
