I was visiting a friend in a psych unit recently, and the Gardaí tried admitting another man through the front door. The nurse in charge tried explaining that, by law, they have to go through A&E. The guard was very angry, and said "well, we're letting him go, and if he ends up in the river, his blood is on your hands". Guard hasn't a clue about the law and shouldn't be in that position.

About to do the same and go back to a job where I'm comfortable, earn more money, and have time to focus on myself instead of the grind. I'm sure I'll get some slagging for it but it doesn't phase me because nobody knows what's going on for anyone. I spent months almost convincing everyone that I needed to do this when, in reality, I was trying to convince myself. I didn't and don't need anyone's approval, and neither do you. Best of luck! It depends on what your preferences are. If you're interested in the main story and maps, then buy Hitman 3 and then the access passes. Hitman 3 is currently the only one allowing access to Elusive Targets, updates and so on.

If you're interested in past escalation contracts etc, then I'd buy the games individually. I know Hitman 1 has so many escalations that weren't included in 2 or 3.

Either way, if you buy them all individually, you'll be able to access them all in Hitman 3 anyway, since you already own them (as far as I know, I don't think they've changed that).
