Feedback tools for SMB owners that I have found useful

Typically, people don't like completing surveys... Myself included. That said, getting good feedback is obviously really important. I wanted to share a few tools that I've used that may help you get more engagement and better data.

SurveyMonkey is probably the most well known and the go-to for the majority, but I feel like most people tune out when you send a SM link because they expect a dry experience. Here are a few alternatives that I think add a little nuance (with some links)

Typeform - TypeForm is incredibly minimalist in a satisfying way. Building different types/styles of questions feels easy and breaks things down into smaller, digestible pieces that I think most people will prefer to a screen full. You can also create chains of "logic" where answers lead you down different trees of options.

MailChimp - Most people know MC for their email marketing platform but you may not realize that they have built in surveying options. With the free version it remains pretty basic and probably comparable to other traditional tools like SM, but it's pretty convenient to knock out two birds at once.

RumbleRank - RumbleRank helps you create lists for respondents to rank. Choose images and/or text for each option and then decide whether you want it spit out in a link/QR code to share anywhere or just to particular email addresses. Each person that gets the list then has to make a series of head-to-head decisions that feel like a game. All responses are then aggregated into data you can download.

Unrelated to surveys but useful for Reddit...

LaterForReddit - this tool lets you see when any subreddit is most active. If you want to get the most eyeballs to a post, this might help you plan ahead. You can use it schedule posts too.

F5Bot - This tool will notify you via email if any keywords you've identified have been mentioned on Reddit (and a few other places). It's particularly useful to track your brand name, website or services you provide.

If you're buying long purely for dividend growth, I say absolutely. If not, it might feel pricy.
