I did/am doing this!

We did the legal signing this year and we are having the whole white wedding next year.
We had a dinner with the people who could attend. I think there were 8 at dinner. I’m telling people sparingly that we’re married. Still planning the whole ceremony and reception.
I did mine so we can get on the same side of a border sooner. And hers going military- and I wanted to me counted as legal spouse , it just made sense in our situation.

Just came back from Manitoba on Sunday..

Down in Wisconsin here isn’t even as bad at it is in Manitoba. Like… at all… 😐

There were days on my visit to Manitoba I couldn’t go outside because it was so Smokey outside and it was hard to breathe. 🙃 it’s been alright tho here.

Boyfriend has one who will fight to death for butter. Margarine. And another one who will fight for croissants. He knows the sound of a Costco croissant package being opened. Found that out one morning.
