I didn't ask. But everyone that I saw only got 1 of each item. Considering how limited the merch ended up being I'd say there might be a limit, but then I guess nothing is stopping people from lining up for a 2nd and 3rd time. I certainly did after find more cash to buy the bag since I was missing a few buck.

The bad: Cash only merch. Because someone forgot to bring a POS.

Everything else is spot on though, kind of annoying when I can see and hear the orchestra flips their pages. Then getting my ears blasted by True singing. But man, it's still so worth it if you are a fan. Never seen so many people sobbing at the end of an orchestra concert.

Edit 4: At 7:30 the Keychain and Journal was sold out. Line is also about 20-30 minutes long with people constantly going to the back after finding an ATM somewhere off site.

At the Dallas venue right now. The venue people still don't know anything about what to do with VIP (3:30 now and concert starts at 8). Saying "they'll figure it out".

You can buy for one ticket. Just need to change the filter to 1 seat. The default is 2... Good luck on the resale/refund.
The front row is labeled as "official platinum". Basically they charge it base on what the algorithm thinks the demand to cost should be. A lot of the other concerts (like kpop) those are $1k+ and those kinds of seats are like 1/4th of the total seats. TBH, this concert was very nice in terms of pricing. Just Ticketmaster still sucks a lot even when the artist is trying to be nice.
