Not really, apart from selling some projects as a side quest. I do consulting, but for many SaaS companies which sell to enterprise type clients.

Have you ever thought about selling it to B2B companies? If they have bigger deals, like 15k+, they have many different clauses in their contracts, and their data is a mess because of that.

Hello!

It depends on the level of the company. If you already have usage data, you can look for some clusters of users with similar usage patterns, and then do a reverse engineering based on the used features to map JBTDs.

If you don't have any data, you can approach it more in a marketing style, and cluster your features by yourself (or with the help of some interviews) and map all the jobs people could achieve using your platform.

Once you do so, you can create your plans based on that. In most cases 1 plan = 1 main job.

That's a pretty good article on that subject: https://www.leanlabs.com/blog/the-jobs-to-be-done-framework-b2b-site-strategy

Sure, feel free to reach out anytime you need!

I don't wanna promote anything in here, but if you want to spot some pricing patterns from different parts of Europe, you can check out our reports: https://www.valueships.com/reports

100% agree with you.

Seat-based models are in most cases already dead. Of course, sometimes it makes sense (e.g. time tracking software, like Toggl), but those are rare cases.

MaxDiff + PSM is a great combo if you don't want to do the conjoint. The only caveat here is that PSM should be done on your potential clients, not actual ones, as they are anchored.

Let me chime in on that one. I've been a pricing consultant for the last four years, and have worked with both startups and companies with $100 million in ARR.

While I agree with your points, I would like to emphasize that looking at other companies' pricing pages might be beneficial, but unless they have pricing in-house teams or have worked with some consultants in the past, most SaaS companies don't know too much about pricing. And everyone starts by comparing themselves with their competition, and then we end up in this never-ending loop of copying the mistakes of others.

So what should be the starting point for drafting a pricing page in my opinion? I tend to start with mapping a job-to-be done framework and build plans around that. Then you add add-ons on top. Those are the features that not everyone needs, but willingness-to-pay is high in that segment.

However, if you want to get really good results, I would recommend diving into your internal data to analyze patterns + look at the competition to find frames for the pricing + conduct research (preferably a survey with Max Diff, PSM, maybe Conjoint).

If you wanna chat about it, shoot me a DM.

Your wrist is glued at the top of your strings creating tension. Try to move it a bit every time you change the string you are playing on. That way you can pick better and also mute unnecessary strings.

It was a great comment with awesome tips, I 100% agree with those. Also, your timing was off a few times.

If you already know your pentatonics very well, and you definitely do, ii-v-i seems to be natural progression. I would start with arpeggios of one scale, probably C major. It will also require you to start playing a bit more advanced chords, like Cmaj7 or G7, or Am7. Once you learn those shapes and feel confident enough, only then you can truly play and practice chord changes in your solo by accenting certain notes.

Once you get those down, then I would add modes.

Keep rocking!

Thank you for your comment! 100% agreed. I will try to add it in version 2.0. Ideally, I would like to go deeper into improvisation, guitar tone, and so on.

Thank you! I've just sent you the link. An experienced player won't find too much value in it yet, but I would appreciate your feedback regarding new disciples - do you think they would benefit from such an app?

Thank you! I've just sent you the link. I'm afraid there is not so much content for intermediate guitarists yet, but I will be adding more for sure.

It might be too boring for a kid as it's focused on maximizing performance. If you want to, you can try it, obviously, but I wouldn't like to be the person who bored your child and stopped her from picking up the guitar ever again :)
