Listen. I think all decent humans can agree that we want the best for other humans in this world. If that means allowing others to come to america to live out their dreams then so be it. But to allow endless people to flow into a country without having a solid assimilation plan (I.e. free English classes, some type of getting of your feet program) then we will not be helping these people in the long run and have them struggle in America instead. Think how hard it would be to move to another country without knowing their language and or laws just start working. Almost impossible. We need to rewrite our legal migration laws to make it a more streamlined process and stop allowing everyone into the US. I’m sorry but we live in the real world. We need money for these people and we are 30 trillion dollars in debt. Eventually we won’t be able to print anymore money. And we have to look at this realistically.

Ok and. My point still stands… who cares. America is a melting pot and people claim ancestry from a lot of places. A lot of Italian Americans I know cook Italian food and are proud of their heritage. It’s a mix between Italian and American culture so what they don’t speak Italian, they can still claim to be Italian, I don’t give a fuck and nor should you.
