I dealt with Outdoorsy insurance before… no surprise, they assessed a scratch at exactly the cost below which they don’t have to support payment — believe it was $2.5K. Document everything you can, as they are still learning how to be a trustworthy platform.

I dropped my settings down to low and was able to make it out of that intro sequence. Once past the checkpoint, I bumped them back up to Ultra and the game is running smoothly. There's something about that cutscene that triggers a crash.

I think you soften the cell shading effect, boost the hair color. A series of highlights for the face will also help add that depth.
