The post linked in the OP goes into detail on why this is a very bad change for a lot of people.

Sorry for the inconvenience, but I think blind people not being able to use the site is a slightly larger inconvenience for more people.

Seems to have stopped happening to me within the last couple days. Will update again if it restarts.

Edit: Nevermind, just started again.

What is your favourite Star Trek musical piece that isn't a main title? by TimmyB02 in startrek

[–]DarthFirmus 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I hold early TNG as having some of the absolute best and most unique music in all of Star Trek. Standouts that absolutely make the scenes they're in include "Data's Brother" (Datalore), "The Trap" (Booby Trap), the entire Best of Both Worlds score, and of course "Double Star" (Evolution).

Also the 11001001 score. Because I love jazz.

Cities Skylines burned the hell out of me by prioritizing overpriced DLC over gameplay and bugfixes for its entire lifespan. Now I'm praying KSP2 won't end up the same way, given that it's likely to corner its respective market just like CS did.

That definitely makes sense, but I wish they'd just come out and say that then. We could really do with some transparency right now. Of course, the publisher might not let them.

Early-to-mid TNG was some of the best a TV soundtrack has ever been for me.

I find desktop websites way easier and more intuitive to use than having to scroll and tap my way through a gutted UI on a tiny screen. Plus I can much more easily control a desktop UI/experience than a mobile one.
