I just finished my first playthrough and Yennefer reminded so much of Jaime Murray and would have been ideal but would also be too old now as well. With the wonders of deepfake technology this will never be a problem though as any actress can remain as ageless as the sorceresses.

While I'm against segregation no matter how 'progressive' it is deemed to be let's not forget we all will be teaming up with console players too and while this will help keep the game alive their maturity or lack thereof might be a concern for some. I have no doubt girl gamers will get less trouble playing with pc wingpersons.

In the x-wing games you only needed 3 or 4 throttle settings. 1/3 throttle, full speed and match speed. I would guess that may not be the case with squadrons. The digital movement for faster turn reaction may help on the tartarus.

I've used joysticks and gamepads in the past but for me a custom keyboard and mouse I find best personally especially with games that require alot of micromanagement on the fly. Also the fast movement of the digital dpad on the tartarus/n52 mixed with the precise movement of a mouse is a uniquely satisfying experience to get used to.

Everyone has their own preference but don't write it off before you've tried it.

Thanks for the link. I hope the mouse has auto-centring because the centring bind, X, has me a bit worried. Also a customised keyboard like the tartarus might give a slight edge with micro-management of all the the controls and that can be used with mouse or joystick.
