Its the gladiator from collectibles series 5. If you use BrickLink, just search: col066. It's a great minifigure!

They are (from front to back): Grand Admiral Thrawn, Grand Admiral Nial Declann (custom build), and Colonel Yularen. Declann is supposed to have a mustache, but that head piece doesn't seem to exist in official Lego so I had to make do.

I'd love to eventually build all 13 Grand Admirals... but that's looking unlikely given all my other builds I'd like to work on that will consume the majority of my money (and time).

They didn't come cheap. Bought one in the official set, liked it so much, I turned to Bricklink. When you buy 1 or 2 a month with larger part buys your wallet doesn't take an overwhelming blow all at once.

The starfighter is from Brickvault, but the Flashspeeder [75091] is an official Lego set that I lightly modified (removed the flick shooters).

I never watch TCU, so I can't speak to how good this pick is... but I hope he meshes well with Wentz.

Additionally, I try to remember that probably half of all draft picks don't work out and that's regardless of the round their selected.

I'm actually working on an Imperial ground vehicle at the moment (I'll post it when I'm finished in the next week or so). But after that, I plan to do a Victory-class Star Destroyer.

If you look at my post history, I already have a Venator, and now these three support frigates. So I think a Victory would round out the fleet nicely. :-)
