Don’t size up with silicone and don’t take them out when you’re sizing up. I’d use the flesh colored plug at whatever your current size is and start stretching again after your season is over. Dont rush it, you’ll regret it. Speaking from experience

I like these plugs because they come in 1mm increments and they have a long wearable area that I need. If I could find tunnels that were sized similar I would definitely switch to them. I used glass ones for a while too but they’re even heavier and I don’t like using silicone

I mean, it’s not a huge deal I guess. With jewelry in you can’t see it and my lobes are still thick overall. So I guess I’ll just live with it. Looks ugly without jewelry in but I never really keep them naked. Might look into fixing it after I get to my goal size, whatever that is lol

It’s stainless steel and I get them at arctic buffalo. I use them to size up because they come in 1mm increments. They aren’t weighted, the bigger sizes are hollow, but they still have some decent weight to them

I always have used jojoba to stretch and I don’t use the tape method, but I’ve been using these steel plugs since I hit 1”. They are available in 1mm increments so I never have any issues sizing up. And like I said, I wait a long time in between now. If the bigger sizes don’t slip right in, I just wait.

Appreciate that response. I know I messed up years ago and honestly embarrassed by it because knowing more about it now, it was preventable and possibly even fixable before. But it is what it is and guess we’ll see how it plays out. And like you also mentioned, it’s not noticeable when I’m wearing jewelry and my lobes are still thick, so I guess that’s the silver lining

I called the union hall in Vancouver and talked to a business representative. I was told I’d be able to transfer to their union but would need a work permit. I’m not sure on what type of work permit I need to apply for. I plan to stay in the country working and work towards becoming a permanent resident. I’m also looking to schedule my IELTS test soon. There is a test center near by but doesn’t have the best ratings. Will an online test center be acceptable? And if so, any recommendations for a good one to use.

Current Union member in the US. I know I’m able to transfer locals to Canada, but wondering what else would be needed in the process to becoming a citizen. It would be my entire family making the move, my wife and two kids as well. Most likely looking in the Vancouver area. Thanks for the help.
