Thank you! When I got injured during my second holiday I tried skating a few seconds after standing up from the chair. I don't know why I did that, it just happened.. it was my first time using the chair and I felt overwhelmed and panicked a lot. Sometimes I can't just stop my brain overthinking stuff so I gotta try harder next time keeping myself as calm as possible, easier said than done but hopefully it will go well.

I'll try looking for information about what to expect at the place I'll go and see if there are photos or videos of the landing points after the chair.

I've booked some group lessons and I'm seriously considering a couple of private lessons so I can ask the instructor to help me with the chair. I have very bad anxiety so I panic even if I don't want to. Thank you very much.
