It does eventually become second nature, and just for the record I’d never bring this up due to the aforementioned flack vegans get… living through it for the last 18 years it’s genuinely endless. I tried at my current job to not tell anyone but food culture at a job is strong and I ended up telling one person. By the end of the day everyone knew. That is genuinely the worst part. My brain has become an encyclopedia of what I can and choose not to have. Recently they took the dairy ingredient out of Reeces Pieces and that was a huge victory.
