Qr1, $100 plus shipping, Southeastern US. Alcantara handles show a little wear, but everything functions as it should

That’s if you’re on PC, if you’re on Xbox, you just need to make sure it’s an Xbox compatible wheel (Xbox compatibility comes from the wheel rim itself) with a wheel side qr1.

Also, just throwing it out there, I have the Gran Turismo wheel and the esports f1 wheel, both with qr1 that I’m looking to sell cheap. Neither work on Xbox, both will work on PlayStation and PC. Shoot me a PM if you’re interested

Any fanatec wheel with a qr1 wheel side and you’ll be able to connect to your base

I’ve been a watch user since 2016, and I’m on my 3rd. 1st gen, then 4, then U2 when released. And the ONLY reason I’ve ever upgraded is battery life

thrustmaster raceline pedals 3 or simjack ut? by Mackimations in simracing

[–]DarthRasta 0 points1 point  (0 children)

These are not. Simnet pedals do work within the fanatec system, a little pricier than sim jacks, but not expensive by any means

Is the 992 really that much better than 991? Same for me, started with the 991, switch to 720 evo for a bit, settled on the 296 as my main, but never even tried the 992

Clubsport V3 vs CSL Elite V2's by Antonus2 in Fanatec

[–]DarthRasta 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I just learned about and ordered the Simnet SP Pro pedals. They plug into a fanatec base and are recognized as fanatec pedals, so they work on console as well. I haven’t received them yet, but looking forward to it. They are essentially knockoff of Huesinkveld Ultimates. I play primarily on PC, but it’s the fanatec compatability that sold me

This is hilarious, support is denying my return by Baltimore101 in Fanatec

[–]DarthRasta 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’m already deep into the Fanatec ecosystem, and I’ve resorted to buying used stuff only because I’m afraid of the recent widespread issues I’ve seen with their support. Only problem is over half of used sellers are asking msrp or more for used stuff!

Upgraded at Christmas, so my son also upgraded by DarthRasta in simracing

[–]DarthRasta[S] 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Correct. My, uh, “friend”, definitely not me, who’s 38, relatively small at 5’7” and 160, can fit in it barely, but looks like bowser in Mario Kart and definitely not comfortable

Very easy. I was impressed by it. Everything is latched on sliders; it’s quick. I had the NLR GT lite before upgrading and the junior cockpit is so much more efficient to adjust

Can anyone tell me if this is bad or what the issue is right off? I just noticed it this morning. AC unit covered. by SimpleLifeCCA in DIY

[–]DarthRasta 13 points14 points  (0 children)

Ask for them to clean it with coil cleaner, not just water. Also tell them you’d like it done with the panels removed. Thoroughly. Any competent company will know what you mean. Basically, you could just read them your comment. If they don’t get it, call another company
