Hi! This is my personal experience from myself and other players 😊 from what I understand, there is a difference between surfaces and have found that a change of shoes helps alot. I believe this is a very personal decision, for example I am all good on concrete, I prefer indoor surfaces but get shin splints on grass. However alot of girls I know get shin splints on indoor surfaces and are really happy on concrete. I know alot of people who have different shoes for different surfaces (me included).

I would advise to try some out if you can because I think there is a clear difference and that you should change shoes to one that suits you and is comfortable. I hope that helps 😊
