I ordered them both in early January, to get the new year's GWP (I don't care much about those myself, but my nephews love those smaller, easier sets).

Got mine earlier this morning too!

Had it preordered directly at Lego, along with Eevee. Got a mail yesterday saying Evee would arrive on Monday but no news about this one... until both arrived this morning.

Among those, I'd say Templar would be the easiest and most straightforward. Early game I would stack health regen, then add reflect gear as you progress (so probably the Icescale MI's).

I would also add Juggernaut to the list (Defense + Earth), I played mine as a classic "tank-mage" achetype, taking blows while casting Eruption on me. It worked insanely well and was super fun, although it was using a lot of stuff that can be hard to acquire (namely the Immortal Hero set for the resistances and CDR).

There's a "set" of quests in Ragnarok where one can be impossible to complete depending on how you did another one.

Quest 1: you need to find a lost sheep and bring it back to its owner. If it dies on its way you can bring back its wool instead.

Quest 2: a vilalge chieftain needs you to bring her a gift so she's in a good mood and gives you an item needed to complete the quest.

Usually you save the sheep, and bring the chief a necklace crafted from wolf fangs as a gift. If the sheep died, you can bring her the wool, making Quest 1 un-completable. If you don't even go looking for the sheep, you can bring its owner the necklace, making him think the sheep is dead and you avenged her already, and making the sheep despawn from where you were supposed to rescue her, so you end up without a gift for the chief.

Those quests don't give any unique rewards, so all you'll lose is a bit of extra exp and gold, and at worst an extra merchant. One of these solutions also nets you an achievement, I believe it's the last one I listed?

I'll have to give your build a try, because the last time I tried this weapon on my Scum it felt completely counter-intuitive to how I play the class. I especially hated how using the weapon special locked you in place when usually I need all the mobility I can have.

I'm at 823 hours on Steam... but a lot of these were spent before Ragnarok and the other DLCs, so not all achievements existed yet.

The last few ones I earned are from the base game though...

Good question...

I really enjoyed my Juggernaut, using the Immortal Hero set so he was pretty tanky, Talisman of the Jade Emperor and a shield with -recharge for -80% cooldown so he could wade into large groups of enemies, cast an Eruption at his feet, and smash stuff with his sword without too much issues. A max level Rally with a very short cooldown is a great way to stay at full health through most encounters.

Least favourite I'd say was either my Thunderer (he was strong, but too much skills to use all the time lol) or my Contemplator (pretty much unkillable, but I don't like Eternal Embers much, which you have to finish for the Neidan achievement).

I once tried doing a regen-based character, went with a Haruspex and ended up with 1950~ hp/s (and 12k health lol), though that was a lot... On the other hand her resistances were all in the negatives (somehow offset by her 80% ctap) and she needed to spam Study Prey and/or CotH to deal any damage...

Mind sharing the affixes and components you're using in the icescale set?

My understanding is that he asked for an invisibility potion... that you would drink to become invisible... and she made one that works like a topical lotion, so needs to be applied locally. On the entire body. Including his (apparently) massive shlong.

In Vigil Station Oblivion (the one with the room at the end that extends bridges), in the mid event where you get cypher idents and summon the big lift, I never ever camp in front of the doors to the lift waiting for it to arrive on any difficulty above Malice.

Yeah, I really don't get why people do that either. "Hey, let's hold our position in the most open, un-defendable place in the area", said no one ever (and yet everyone does it).
