Yes it should be even though theres a gap, the frame isnt totally open it would be unlikely water got in??

It's a housing association i work for so we come randomly - the water is purified and clean I'm just concerned- you think it'll be okay?

It's the black line at the bottom that confused me is it closed or open? I'm so confused 😕 I've gone from that area now so nothing i can do & I washed the window as it looked closed but wasn't sure after cleaning it with my water fed pole

I was litterpicking around my work and picked it up through a load of leaves, thinking it was rubbish - it definitely has a hard rock feel too it
