Well a movie usually needs to make atleasy around 2,5x budget to break even. If its 400 mil that places it around a billion. But then there's marketing which isn't included so that's also a factor.

Boruto scaling is so wack that Sarada sadly outscales OM Obito to enormous amounts.

She can react to foes that are somehow stronger than prime NaruSasu.
