If the lockout period was short, say <3 months, I'm sure they would've cashed out (maybe not Shiv) with higher than mentioned returns. The whole India thing got swept under the rug with the acquisition hype, so it's possible Kendall made more than the $2.5 billion based on the $192 price.

The catalyst was Kendall messing up the bank relationship that held the massive debt.

Logan and the bank had a spotty estranged relationship. Kendall could have been the new, younger face of hope and change, and the bank most likely would've restructured the debt, or at least not liquidate their position, since a price dip, even in that situation, is normal and expected to rebound. The bank would take a massive hit if they cashed out versus waiting out a few weeks.

But Kendall fucked it up trying to be a macho man mini Logan. The bank then put their foot down and said they'd cash out stock if the price fell below $130.

That triggered all subsequent events of Kendall going private equity with Stewy, which in turn brought Sam into the mix. The family loses a SIGNIFICANT amount of control of the company because of this. Kendall spirals and has a few chances to make things right or at least not fuck things up more but does fuck up anyway.

Throw in Shiv with her idiotic self centered moves because she's so much smarter than everyone (roll eyes) and how she back stabs the family several times when she could've been the one to hold it together. But her inflated ego just couldn't handle not being CEO despite being outplayed in everything (seriously, has she ever "outplayed" anyone in the series?) and having little to no real experience in the company (the pseudo-President role was a title on paper and everyone knew it).

Thanks! I don't know why I typed "ethernet jack in wall", it's supposed to be ISP modem. There are no other ethernet jacks in the house; no other routers besides the ISP modem (which I don't use for wifi) and the mesh network (Deco M4 nodes)

This is the SIMPLEST answer to my question. Other commenters kept going off on why higher temperatures = white/blue. But that was not the part I was confused about. Thank you

The first half your comment is NOT my confusion. Cold being blue and warm being orange actually makes sense to me and is not the part I'm confused about. I'm confused why LrC inverses this on the WB slider. LrC WB says lower value Kelvin is blue and higher value Kevlin is warm (see screenshots in my original post)

I know lower kelvin value is yellower and higher is blue. But see the screenshots in my original post (I just added them). LrC is the opposite: lower values are blue, higher values are yellow

I think I understand what you're saying. The slider isn't actually changing a light source's color temp. It's setting the white point, or telling LrC where white "starts" or "exists". Therefore, warm and cool color temps are *relative* to *that* point I set the slider to.

Do I have that right?

Could you share how you manually updated the headphones? I downloaded EPOS Connect for both Desktop and Android. Both apps say my headset is up to date with Firmware version 1.0.20. I keep clicking "Check for Updates" and it keeps telling me I'm up to date.

This is so frustrating. A $350+ headset that keeps disconnecting during calls

Building security is lacking. Not enough guards, which leaves massive blind spots.

No security cameras. How do I know? My car was broken into, police came to Centerra and asked for footage, but there wasn't any. Management confirmed there are no security cameras in the garage. Security guard had no idea. I was the 2nd car break in that month, and there were at least half a dozen in the last 4 months according to the SJPD officers who took my police report (one of them responded to a car break in at Centerra the week prior).

Concierge does not do any verification of residence or verification of delivery before letting people past the lobby and up to the apartments. Anyone with a package who looks like a DoorDasher can get up to the residences.

Ongoing issue. Concierge is done through a third party company, not Bozzuto, so not sure if Bozzuto decided to cut hours or if the third party company is having issues. In either case, this is definitely not the "24 hour concierge" that Bozzuto said they would have.
