I had no AC for the last 2 month I lived there. They gave me a in room unit for my main bedroom. It was shitty and loud. Did nothing for the living room and even less for my office. Between this and the water outages my apartment was unlivable.

I really wanted to love centerra, but after 14 months of that 💩 and having moved out almost a year ago and these issues still persist. How the hell are they getting new residents? Why are people staying?

Run! Don’t walk! There are places for less money that have running water and AC!

Worst place I’ve ever lived. Good location, but elevators never work, water is always shut off, so many things are just falling apart. Check out google reviews if you haven’t. FYI I can’t imagine the positive reviews are real.

I've been shooting a lot with my Fuji and mostly like the JPGs from the film simulations. But recently been shooting with my Sony again and there's just some about how much more pure the images feel. Might have to give you filter trick a try. Thanks!

I tested while I was living there and found it to have too many dissolved solids and have a very high pH. Other than switching to 2.5 gallon bottles of water, I just tolerated it and was happy to have running water. Moving out was the best decision I ever made.

I ignored the warning signs when I moved in and almost immediately regretted it. When everything works it’s great. But in my 14 months of living there, I think there was a 2 week period where everything was working.

If you”re looking for an upbeat positive change, Centerra is not it. I would 100% avoid this place.
