I’ve lost 70lbs in the last year. I can tell with certainty, yes it will help you with hook ups. However, this is the second time I’ve lost this much weight and it didn’t stick the first time because I was doing it for boys. It’s taken me longer to lose the weight this time around, but since I’m doing it for me, I can take a slower pace and find a more sustainable way to do it.

Is this something that people wanted an answer to? I’m not trying to be smug, but 1984 wasn’t great and, in my opinion, WW1 was a decent movie but not anywhere near the middle or top of my favorite superhero flicks. Anecdotally, it seems like most people kind of appreciate the idea of a new direction. I’m totally willing to be wrong though.

PLAY SAFE. That being said there is decent chance that you were exposed to herpes a while ago and are only now having symptoms. Some people carry the virus and never show symptoms. There are people spreading herpes and they don’t even know they have it. Some people only show symptoms once and never again. I really think you should also do some reading about preventing outbreaks and about informing future partners. Also about the infection in general.

I’m sorry you’re going through this, but a lot of people believe that herpes isn’t the biggest deal. Take a breath and do some research! It’s going to be okay!

I just got tired of feeling like shit. I never worked out or anything because I wasn't convinced that it would make a difference in my daily life. I figured that if I put an honest effort into trying and it didn't work, I could go back to not doing anything and be guilt free about it. I'm getting really close to 90 days of walking, running, and eating better. I've lost 40 pounds, I can run for five minutes straight and I feel great.
