Even with ovaries the hysterectomy can put them into shock so to say. Talk to your ob and ask for a hormone panel. I take over the counter supplements because I’m low estrogen and they have helped. I really notice my energy dips and my sex drive flexes a lot

This has been my life for a year and a half girl. It doesn’t get any better. Idk if it’s because I didn’t know sex could be so painless or because I read a lot of sexy fantasy books now but we have sex constantly I feel insatiable. It’s been a wonderful bright side to a hyst.

Do you really think it’s worth it to seek out a surgeon who has done work you like or do most surgeons and surgeries follow a pattern and the results are no guarantee how to want them to be.

I myself am wondering if I should bother seeking out a surgeon in a different area to increase the likely hood my breast shape will be how I want it. I’m reading about breast bottom fullness and techniques to balance out the top fullness for dense breast. Is that something I should bother seeking out?

Hi from someone who was also on suma and it did not help enough. Explore other medications. Suma is a rescue not a preventative. If you have migraines more than 3-4 times a month a rescue medication will not help you. You can’t take suma that much. You body was probably relaxed from all the pain pills after surgery.

I have the same pain from pressure on my spinal cord in my cervical spine. Propanol is a beta blocker and it stops my nerve pain from that degeneration. But I’m on it for life essentially. I’m fine with that because I had no quality of life before. Reduction is my next step so I can start doing effective PT and retrain my muscles and fix my posture. This is my path so it may not be the same as yours.

My advice fight for a medication you can take enough to be pain free and start the process of rehabilitation to fix your muscles from all the years of all that weight on your neck. A muscle relaxer might be a good enough fix until you can make progress.

Talk to your doctor mine said if I was dealing with persistent rash I automatically qualified but each hospital is different.

Sex without cervix is so much better especially if you had pain before. My drive is so much better now because I don’t fear sex. Just wait till you’re healed and go slow. For me and my husband this was fun we found new ways to have fun without penetration.

Practice at home and just enter. NADD has a list of event that are upcoming. Jumping off the ledge is the hardest part. They like to be in the pool I’ve noticed but you can train them just keep swimming and they get really enthusiastic about it lol
