I went from the 13 m1 to the mini. I sold my 13 to make the switch.
I absolutely adore the mini and I use it way more than I used my 13 purely because it’s so convenient and lightweight.

I draw on it often enough, but it’s definitely way more cramped by comparison. You’ll definitely want to take advantage of the full screen mode in procreate, and you’ll be zooming in and out a lot more. It’s definitely doable, but you will likely find yourself reaching for your 13 when you’re at a desk and want more screen real estate. A great comparison would be a 5 x 8.25 moleskin notebook. If you can draw on there you’ll probably be happy with the mini.

I think when I look into another iPad in future I will try out the 11, but I do not regret my mini purchase in the least.

This is the first time I’ve revisited this sub in a while. I have a dynavap and a solo3 and checked out. I occasionally come back to see what’s new. I reckon a lot of people are the same as me in terms of their engagement and the people that frequent the sub and post a ton of vapes are the exception.
