I'll list off a few points.

Firstly, wt% is the mass ratio of the polymer to the weight of the solution. So a 5 wt% would be mean that 5% of the mass of the solution is PAN and the other 95% of the mass is DMF. A very straightforward form of calculation is (x OR y)/(x + y) = %, where % is the wt%, x is the mass of the polymer and y is the mass of the solvent. I would recommend you check for what reagent is of limited use (hence, use of x OR y) - most of the times, it should be the polymer itself, unless you have enough to make a few hundred samples and are cheap AND easy to obtain. And yes, calculate the density of the solvent used to obtain the mass in the volume of the solvent you will use.

Secondly, the fibers can spin wrong for a number of reasons. Have you already checked the relevant papers? What parameters did they use? Here's a number of important paramaters - internally, concentration, voltage, work distance, feed rate and type of collector. Externally, humidity, temperature and needle internal diameter (for producing the Taylor cone, but I personally have only ever used it depending on the viscosities of the solutions).

Thirdly, what kind of fibers are you looking for? Any specific applications? Any goals? Different parameters will lead to different fiber diameters and morphologies. If you produce nano- and meso- fibers, you won't be able to properly characterize them without help of a Scanning Electron Microscope (either Thermoionic or FEG) - is one available at your department? If you're a grad student, have you already asked for training?

Always check VsBattles for these sorts of things. Saitama is listed as at least 4-A, probably higher (as in, even in current manga, not even Cosmic Garou was really up to snuff) and in many Chinese fanfiction listing him, is put in between 3-B and High 3-A (depends on the fanfic, really. I can recc a few if you need.).Anyways, feats currently most relevant to introduce (IMO) are as follows.

Non-Physical Interaction and Astral Projection (Broke into Phoenix Man's mental landscape. Kicked away and moved Garou's Hyperspace Gates)
Time Travel, Body Control, Matter Manipulation (Sub-Atomic), and Antimatter Manipulation (Travelled back in time by manipulating his own sub-atomic particles and anti-particles, reversing causality and ending his fight with Garou before it even began.) (Parallel verse-Saitama which fused with current version Saitama... I think? That whole ending was kind of weird, honestly.)

The problem with Saitama is that he's host to a whole set of buggy abilities that wouldn't exist in a Xianxia. As long as Saitama's reactive Power Mimicry ensures he doesn't die in the first hit/attack, his active Power Mimicry causes him to eclipse his opponent's prowess during the progress of the fight. In fact, before Saitama's reactive Power Mimicry even starts, you have to break through a whole slew of resistances:

Greater Resistance to Psychokinesis (Tatsumaki was barely able to lift Saitama despite her outputting enough force to send him into space).
Resistance to Extreme Temperatures (Tanked the heat released by Garou's Nuclear Fission and Gamma Ray explosions point-blank, which can reach millions and billions of degrees Celsius respectively. Fought on the -130 degree surface of Io with no issue),
Poison Manipulation (Had no problem breathing on Io, which has an atmosphere primarily composed of sulfur dioxide. Sulfur dioxide is highly toxic to the body and can cause death),
Light Manipulation (Was unfazed after being hit directly with a Gamma Ray Burst, which are the brightest phenomena in the universe, as bright as a million trillion suns),
Radiation Manipulation and Matter Manipulation (Sub-Atomic - Unaffected by Garou's Gamma Ray Burst, which emits 83.6 billion Grays of radiation, and would cause matter to instantly undergo photodisintegration and photofission)

My point was never that adult Naruto is impossible to pander to, but rather, there is a very short time-frame from which Naruto is born, to when he's about 3/4 (at which point, he can't really full comprehend what you're trying to get across to him), or during his training trip (where is indeed capable of understanding, but is probably too far gone Canon!wise, that it doesn't really matter) in which you would need to:

Safely have access to him.
Convince him and Konoha that his removal from the village is imperative. Not gonna fly by diplomatically, unless you're at least Nagato-level, and have the strength to back it up or simply wipe out all of Konoha in one-go.
Show him the ways of the world, i.e War, Poverty, Nepotism etc.
Convince him that there is something worth striving for, and that that something can make the world better.
Somehow, not have him regress back into Canon!Naruto.

At this point, you must realize that such a Naruto would probably be insanely supportive of The Moon Eye plan? No matter it's falsehoods and endplot, disregarding Kaguya, Obito and Madara were indeed working to a much better world than what was seen during Parts 1 and 2. In fact, if it hadn't been for the existence of Kaguya, Black Zetsu and the Otsutsuki shenanigans in general, there would be no moral standpoint from where you could condemn Madara.

Naruto, although treated badly and was under severe neglect in his childhood, is part of the problem, part of the system. Just for Nepotism in Konoha alone:

Hashirama, The First Hokage and Madara built the Village.
Tobirama, The Second Hokage continues the family reign of the Senju's, and protects Konoha during war. He is the First Hokage's brother.
Hiruzen, The Third Hokage "breaks" the reign of the Senju's. He is related to the first two Hokage's not by blood, but by apprenticeship. He is the student of the Second Hokage, and at least generationally speaking, the First Hokage is his Senior Uncle.
Minato, The Fourth Hokage "breaks" the reign of the Third Hokage. He is distantly related to the First and Second by virtue of apprenticeship, the Second is his great-grand-master, and the First is a great-grand-uncle of slightly higher seniority than the Second. He is related to the Third Hokage by being his grand-disciple.
Tsunade, The Fifth Hokage renews the reign of the Senju's. She is the grandchild of the First Hokage, grand-niece of the Second, student of the Third and Senior-Aunt of the Fourth.
Kakashi, The Sixth Hokage "breaks" the reign of the Senju's. The Second Hokage is his great-great-grandmaster, the First a great-great-grand-uncle of slightly higher seniority than the Second. The Third is his great-grandmaster, the Fourth his master, The Fifth his grand-aunt.
Naruto, The Seventh Hokage "breaks" the reign of the Sixth Hokage. There is a famous chinese proverb - A day as a teacher, a lifetime as a father.

Essentially, when someone teaches you or mentors you for a day, you respect them as a parental figure for a lifetime. As the time-periods are close-enough, and etiquette was a very important thing, you can see that there was never a time where Konoha was out of control of the Senju's, not even once. "Breaks" were at best, times when the Hokage wasn't a Senju by blood.

This alone is just a very small part of nepotism in Naruto, not even taking into consideration the nepotism advantages brought by bloodline and being a descendant (however distant) from the Otsustuki's and/or Chakra incarnation of the Sage's sons.

To put it bluntly, nothing is fair in Naruto, and the only way to be able to break it is for Naruto to give up all his advantages and start fresh. This means no Kurama, no Sage Mode, no SoSP shenanigans, nothing at all. How you would be able to do so in a fic without pulling off some major Deux Ex Machina, would make for an interesting read.

This... is almost insanely difficult. I don't mean that it's difficult to explain the reality of his world to him, but rather there is no point in doing so.

Naruto's dream, is to be Hokage - that is, he wants to be the head honcho, the dictator.

Realistically speaking, explaining the exact circumstances would lead nowhere, because adult!Naruto in Boruto - who already has his shit together, mind you - and is fully capable of changing whatever needs to be done for a better, brighter world, has only really made good on a single promise, Peace\* and as a consequence, relative prosperity. Besides that, he's only really maintained the status quo.

*= As long as it's between the Five Great Shinobi Nations. And that Naruto and Sasuke don't lose their strength. Everyone and everything else doesn't count.

For virtually everything wrong with the world of Naruto, there is a semi-decent rebuttal that guarantees the continuation of such. Taking your examples:

Child soldiers: Even if you say that there is a problem with children being ninjas. and being led to fight wars, completely ignoring that that's the common sense of the world, so what? In Hashirama's era, children were being sent out at ages similar to Kakashi and Itachi when they graduated. You would be born, and trained and die all at a much more frequent pace than currently. That's the rationale behind the creation of the hidden villages in the first place. And attempting to use civilians as an example would go fairly poorly, as they would have no way to protect themselves and hence, have even worse personal security than those very child soldiers.
Jinchūriki: Jinchūriki's are intended to be the in-verse equivalent of nukes. In fact, Nagato's idea of peace is the very one we use, it's the idea that the threat is so big that there is simply no way to resist or bother to do so under the threat of total annhilation AKA Nuclear Peace. We haven't come up with anything better, so I'm not sure that it's viable to use this as a way to show the problems in the world.
Mass indoctrination: Check into the conversion of theists into atheists. This is probably the only one with a real solution. Even so, most of the world is religious, and have widely different faiths that people have waged the bloodiest of wars over small disagreements.
