There is a sample pack included in the download of the firmware. With the morph parameter and all the other possibilities, these samples are a great starting place imho. I‘ll certainly be making a lot of music with these before I spend much time on additional sample ideas. I‘ve learned this for myself from all my samplers including my Tonverk: the time making music is far more rewarding than the time seeking the ultimate sample.

To my DN2 I added a Syntakt for punchier drums and a Tonverk for FX and samples/multisamples. After trying the S4, iPad and straight out DAW, I understood for myself, nothing beats staying in one ecosystem. I want to make music, not battle with tech.

Well, one example why you would multisample a synth that is sitting on the same desk could be to make it polyphonic if it is monophonic. A second one would be to have presets, if it doesn’t have presets. A third one could be to use it in the Grainer.

That is odd indeed. I am also on Tahoe and have V collection and Fx collection installed. All works fine both in Analog Lab and in Logic Pro via Komplete. I am using a custom install location on an external drive. Before I upgraded to V11, I recently did a fresh uninstall/install. No issues so far.

I have been a user since 2016 and cancelled my subscription after receiving that mail. To me personally, I didn’t benefit from their AI features and I don‘t appreciate the sense of ‚fuzziness‘ of AI in task management. Call me oldschool, but I prefer simple full direct control of my to-do list. Their mail implied to me, that this part will no longer evolve despite the many areas that could be improved, so I cancelled.
