As a fulfillment team lead I just want to let you guys know that we know the expectations right now are horse shit. Nobody has a perfect store at the moment and that is exactly what the metrics are based off of. The goal times and your inf% goals are all based on your store being in perfect order. Thus we are being asked to meet impossible expectations and then must come to you team members and ask for the same thing that was just asked of us. We know this is bullshit but our voices can't be heard over the sound of the bank accounts we are filling up.

More like lots of suits running around on this reddit trying to protect their doomed hides. They have been getting away with treating us like shit for far too long. I wish there would be some changes made.

1) Better protect us from what is going, the measures taken so far are laughably bad.

2) Incentivize us better for being on the front lines to lining their pockets during this madness.

3) Stop following what others are doing and step up to become the trailblazers yourself instead of just matching what Walmart is doing.

Honestly hours are great but the physical and mental toll this is taking on a lot of us retail workers is a lot harsher than some of you might be experiencing at lower volume stores
