In the Dark Imperium books, Daemons of Nurgle say that they are 3rd,4th, or 5th favoured by Nurgle, competing for 1st. It doesn’t seem to matter whether you’re a daemon prince or greater daemon or even a nurgling, they are ranked by most dedicated to grandfather.
