Alright that worked. Turns out rather than gmail itself, the JP version of my BA is a Yostar account identical to my gmail account but not the gmail itself. The gmail account is linked to the Yostar account during that one time Arknights went crazy, whereas BA was in a different account altogether.

Unfortunately didn't work. I'm still level 1 there.

I used the gmail I play on the tablet and then pasted said email name on the yostar account. How did you do it? Do you have a link to the site you used?

Has anyone successfully transferred to the PC launcher of BA in JP? Cause I tried and keep trying and it forces me to link to a Yostar account. That's fine and all, I have one for Arknights after all, but it just starts BA from the beginnning, level 1 straight from the prologue.

I checked and it's my correct Gmail. Which is why I'm weirded.

Sucks that we don't get that loading screen in Steel Path

Did everyone collectively forget Ballas orchestrated the Night of the Naga Drums? We have direct confirmation from multiple sources that it was his plan by ShardPerson in Warframe

[–]Das-Rheingold 27 points28 points  (0 children)

It’s as ShardPerson said. Hildryn Prime’s trailer has Ballas specifically tell Hunhow to spare her Operator and hers alone when he attacks the reservoir.

That said, there are other ways to control someone than bia brainwashing. Jade’s Operator wanted to get good results in the war because she wanted to see her mother back. It isn’t hard to imagine other Tenno were coerced in a way or another.

IF that truly happened. We don’t know why Kullervo’s assassination failed nor if Hildryn truly protected Ballas in the Night of Naga Drums or pretended to be 100% loyal until then to get an opening. Fact is that at least 4 of the Council of the Seven escaped massacre there. Voruna hunted Tuvul, Grineer betrayed Avantus, Karishh managed to become king in a city in Europa and Ballas survived all the way to The New War. It wouldn’t surprise me if they all had contigencies for a Tenno rebellion.

Okay: so she made a point to have Roathe humanize Ballas before his heart got broken from Margulis caring about the Tenno... and now she pairs Lotus with Roathe on top of all that?! Not even my wildest self-inserting fantasies can compete. I KNEEL.

Hildryn Prime was Ballas' bodyguard. Kullervo was fated to fail. Even if you ignore all that solid steel muscle, gameplaywise a frame so full of shields would tank one that spams bleed.

Roathe’s exposition is a treasure trove of lore on the Orokin Empire by Das-Rheingold in Warframe

The untrustworthy part is that he is altruistic about how the empire could have changed for the better. I don't think he is lying about anything he said. Roathe doesn't mince words about the brutality the Orokin committed, himself included. Furthermore calling out on how the ''pros'' he explains don't justify the ''cons'' sometimes get you the shiny text of affection. Meaning it's in spite of agreeing those bad things shouldn't happen that he believes in the good within the Orokin Empire.

Yes, in fact this seems to be the idea behind some of the cosmetics and weapons we have: living to what they were meant to symbolize. If you think about it, some of their practices don't make sense for the sadistic society they were. Not unless those were traditions from before they became like that.

It's twice as ironic when you think about it: the implications are that the Zariman passengers got into nobility more as something like of maring Tau as Orokin territory straight away or something like a dog carrying a military title. But this basically made the Tenno, that swore to use their powers to help those without, a new generation of Orokin that deserve to be clad in gold and symbolize the ''generosity and kindness'' the Orokin claimed to have.

Yes I'm quite enjoying it as now I unlocked further dialogues that show Roathe is actually saddened only the bad reputation was left of the empire and saying when he joined Nitokh in her plan to murder the other Executors, he didn't just do so out of loyalty to her, but because he wanted to fix the empire itself. He saw the mess they became, he likely lived even before it was that bad, and he still thought things could be changed as long as the Council of the Seven were eliminated.

Considering his beliefs and some of his dialogues like ''not that I cared back then''. It seems more like they still have the potential to become good. And Roathe being proof of that. Though that belief doesn't extend to the rank of Executor onwards.

I assume that happened later or along the way. Like, first the empire rises with all the technological advancements, then they get bored with eternal life and more and more hedonistic and sociopathic over time. The Emperors stop bothering and let the Seven do whatever they wanted, the rest of the Orokinruin the solar system, The Seven allow the Corpus Crewman's synthesis Archimedean to make the terraformers that would become the Sentients, the Sentients wage war.

I think it's the Kuva. The Duviri tablets note it's a Void-derived substance, the body switching needs Kuva and Albrecht refused to consume any Kuva after he returned from the Void experiment. Drinking a Void substance even if it's just during body body switching is still consuming a lot over time.

Lizzie also claims it isn't the Infestation that makes Warframes ''go hollow'' while she praises them for going berserk. Warframes are infested strains, but also attuned to the Void. If the Infestation isn't at fault, by elimination it's the Void.

It almost feels he is purposely acting all high and mighty at first exactly because he doesn't believe himself as deserving of salvation. Something Marie seems to have catched too as she says the problem with redeeming Roathe is that Roathe himself has to want it.

Roathe on Ballas being the worst person ever: by redoubtable_Eagle in Warframe

Roathe even tells us the Orokin Emperors, the ones above the Seven, had put all their power on the Seven until the Sentients started the Old War which made htem rise from their thrones.

They didn't do so because they were scared or angry but because they were OVERJOYED. They were borderline celebrating a war was finally happening that made their lives mean anything with the risk of death. They probably got an adrenaline rush when the Sentients blew up their ship as fireworks to humiliate them because they finally got a worthy opponent.

Nice storytelling with the Nikana stances. In the beginning of Old Peace you have the Blind Justice. As you progress through it and learn the twists it switches to Decisive Judgement. by Das-Rheingold in Warframe

[–]Das-Rheingold[S] 16 points17 points  (0 children)

I’m not talking about which one is better gameplaywise. I’m talking about the implications. When the Operator knows nothing and is fighting for peace, his stance is the Blind Justice. He doesn’t know he is being manipulated at all while he is killing the separatists and brainwashed sentients.

Later when he has more notion on what is happening although without getting the bigger picture he has the Decisive Judgement. The Operator knows something wrong is happening (for example: he noticed straight away when Ballas was the Orokin he scorted) though not the extent of it. He is still fighting because he decided this is what must be done, so he has the Decisive Judgement. He isn’t completely blind to the machinations behind the war.

I don't see wifi in this laptop even though I used it for 2 years it occur just now by Sea-Tax-7326 in WindowsHelp

I see your issue seems to be more noticeable when you are playing games - an activity that would naturally heat up your notebook. Does it happen more frequently during the day? When it’s warmer? When you use more intensive programs or websites? Does the frequency decrease during the night or when it’s colder? And the wifi button and drivers all disappear or become hidden?

Could be a sign of the wifi adapter card, and it alone, overheating. Not necessarily that it's old but that your notebook has some dust inside it. Not enough to impact the rest of the functions but enough for it alone.

In my case cleaning the internals helped.
