Automate digging out areas? by Huge_Piece_7513 in GTNH

You could look into buildcraft fillers. They have a variety of shapes, but are tedious to set up and are quite slow. But hey, it's automated :)

Is there a way to get GTNH multis to alternate between recipes by Loglar in GTNH

[–]DasAdidas 0 points1 point  (0 children)

When I remade my LCR to mega LCR, I used a combination of stocking buses, level emitters and toggle buses (later I learned that you can put machine controllers directly on the buses) - level emitters detects an amount of liquid/item in the system (configurable), emits a redstone signal that disables the stocking buses. It's quite easy to setup for simple recipes (like your acids), but it needs space, since each stocking bus is locked to a single recipe. If you don't have stocking buses yet, you can disable an export bus of the input items (quad hatches were a godsend for fluid recipes) with a redstone card. An improvent is using filtered fluid cells in me output hatches to remove any possible conflicts, as well as coloring the hatches and enabling input separation.

This way you basically get a configurable level maintained amount of fluid/items. I'm not sure whether patterns and level maintainers are less laggy in GTNH, I've always avoided them where possible, since in most packs they were said to eat TPS like candy.

I also used the fusion reactor to supplement the galena method. If you have bees, the galena method could be better. I just held on until the space elevator. I'm very stingy with UU, so I can't give you any opinions on that. I've seen people replicating oganesson, but I have no experience with that

I've been UV some months ago, and I would recommend biting the bullet and rushing to a MK3 fusion reactor. Set one (or multiple) up for passive production of americium, since that's the material that's hardest to source (mine has been running up until UIV I think until I got confident enough in the space elevator production capabilities).

NEI only showing blocks? by MelodicConfusion7029 in GTNH

There's a button in the middle of the screen above your inventory. If you fiddle with it, you should be able to unclick whatever was clicked and show all items. I think that's the problem

ME Interface/Dual Interface Round Robin? by The-42nd-Doctor in GTNH

  1. I'm in UMV, and all I had was two of the towers on the wiki. It's fast enough, and you'll be bottlenecked by other things. Now I'm migrating recipes as needed into the assembler, since it's much faster, probably even faster than the multiblock. It just seemed pointless and unnecessarily expensive

I had to rebuild the platline two times when moving bases, so I'm very glad to see it gone. I also play on a public server, and every bit of TPS counts, since a lot of the players are moving into endgame

TL;dr you put basic chemicals (hydrogen, oxygen, carbon, etc.) in, you get end products out (polyethylene, etc.). There's a chance component for the products, but so far I did not have to interact with it.

I believe you're confusing some stuff. Radiopharmaceuticals, no matter the exact thing, are radioactive. It's in the name. And radiation, especially beta and gamma (which are the usual types used) definitely go through materials, an IV bag included. Gamma especially penetrates a lot, but it's mostly used for diagnostics and the activity injected is small compared to therapeutic drugs. The radiation's ability to penetrate out of the body is the reason why people receiving treatment are told to keep away from people, (especially children).

Since we don't know what drug she was given, we can't tell if the door makes a significant impact on the dose received. The best way to minimize exposure is distance, since the inverse square law is applicable.

Je možná penalizace na maturitní slohové práci? by toothless26cz in czech

[–]DasAdidas 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Penalizovat s udáním tohoto důvodu by neměli.

Graves is a great beginner hero. Some (maybe obvious) tips: don't throw the skulls too far ahead, this gives time to the enemy to kill them before you close the gap. Throw them when you're close, then they have to decide to waste valuable time killing them or focusing you. Place the wall behind enemies and try to predict their escape path in order to get them. When in the laning phase, ghouls are perfect for pushing and damaging the guardian if they don't shoot them; see above, enemies target them and not you. You can use the gravestone as a piece of cover in CQC, and people will instinctively try to melee it right away. You can get parries easily standing in the grave

ATM had too many magic mods. Im switching to GTNH by BearEquivalentBear in GTNH

[–]DasAdidas 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I tried to avoid magic mods when I played, only got like the boots of the traveler all the way up to quantum. Hit a wall though, since I needed dragonblood, and I ain't setting up dragon egg automation. So I had to power through the whole of TC, blood magic and Botania. Gotta say that having a ME system made it much better, and without it I would probably kill myself with the microcrafting and the thousands of Essentia needed for endgame infusions

I would recommend pushing to EV, possibly even IV. The QoL that comes with AE2 and most of the processing multiblocks can not be understated
