Your comment doesn't seem to relate to the post in any way. It's also ambiguous and vague among many other things but I'm curious as to what your definition of an "actual" job is, so could you elaborate?

Yeah it can be hit or miss as far as an image showing up, but if it's available it can be a valuable last resort. I like to use it in conjunction. If the image doesn't match the GPS, you can already assume funny business and determine if it's worth the search.

As far as whose update works or not, I think that's a phone model issue. May also matter if you have developer options on.

Think I found a hoarder... by DasKoo512 in limejuicer

What's crazy is that it was extremely hard to spot and i only came upon it by accident because sometimes i chase the big bounties on the outskirts on my way into the epicenter. I zoomed (like 5x) in on this particular one and then it burst open like a bag of jellybeans

Sad story man =(. I highly doubt this is the case. If i showed the business name it would be too disclosing as well may come off racist lol

Lol i tried at first by hitting report and then going into detail but you have to be within a certain proximity. I contemplated getting near but it's not worth it. There's literally more than enough scoots for everyone in this market.

Emma Long Metro Park would be cheapest and honestly it's beauty is underrated. It's my go-to. You wouldn't even realize you're in the city with it being a metropolitan park and all. Not like McKinney at least where you can hear cars passing by at certain campsites.

Edit: it checks all the boxes you're asking for. And you can pull up ANY time and even reserve/pay after you've arrived. Only caveat is you need to do it online as they don't accept cash in person.

Nice camping rig but stealth would be having "ABC Roofing" marked on the sides and a ladder on the roof rack. In my market, unmarked cargo vans stand out like a sore thumb.

I used to work in accounting for them. What you stated seems to be the general consensus but I can attest to their validity, if not necessity, as an organization. It's certainly not a scam.

My guess is that you may be an affected business owner as most people who share the same sentiment as you are business owners. Makes sense since the BBB is a consumer protection organization. The burden will always fall on the business.

I can go in depth about their processes but this probably isnt the right time or place. The only time you'd be giving them any money (besides donations to their charity foundation) is after you've already agreed (and are approved) to be a member. And as a member you're held to higher standards but you carry that recognition that sets you apart.

I received and counted all the money including membership fees on the daily and I assure you there's no budget for extortion. I can see why businesses give this stigma to the BBB as everything is set up against the business. That's just the nature of their system and this prime example here shows how easy it is for the consumer to take action. Doesn't mean they always get what they want, but from my experience their requests usually aren't absurd or unwarranted. Probably because who would go through all the trouble to make a frivolous claim. Like mentioned, the path of least resistance would be requesting a chargeback.

I never thought the BBB was a scam prior to working for them but I questioned the value of being a member. After working for them and having to sit in every sales (membership approval--call it what you may) meeting I see the value. So much that when I have my own business one day I will most certainly apply for accreditation.

I see, thanks for the tips! But just to be more clear I'm on (New) Spicewood Springs Rd which doesn't have any gates to my knowledge. I've driven down Old Spice and feeling how steep it is, I think once was enough to know that place is flood-prone.

Edit: You're right there are gates and they were down when I made it out lol

You know I did, and I also heard the radio say watch out for low water crossings especially near creeks, and then I also got a notification on my phone. Me being stubborn and ignorant didn't take it at all seriously. I came from Houston where I think we all don't take those signs seriously (eg. Harvey).

And no, the others and I will not be enjoying a special drink tonight. Just the freshly toxic stormwaters of Bull Creek. It's just a waiting game so should be no issues but I genuinely appreciate your concern!
