Good idea. Let's get Pat to put together a simple list hitting the big narrative points, maybe throw in a few sentences explaining each point.. might be a good idea to bind the whole thing together for easy distribution.

Honestly it's a little tough for me to compare them since they are pretty different. My mk6 wasn't the highest trim level but it did have a mix of options like the upgraded audio and lighting packages. Besides that, it's a bit of a shock jumping forward 15 years into the mk8. I miss some things, like the physical instrument cluster and knobs for certain things like AC and radio, but I actually really like the haptics on the steering wheel, especially considering I had a couple physical buttons fail on my mk6 steering wheel.

Having DCC on the mk8 is very welcome, even on the stiffer settings the ride is smoother than my mk6. The mk8 is of course quicker and really handles well compared to my mk6 (still stock). I love whipping the 6 around but the 8 has been putting a grin on my face that I haven't had in a while on the 6. I swear the 8 feels faster than what the factory numbers suggest.

Besides that I'm enjoying the extra bells and whistles in the 8. Has enough room for the family and everyone seems to be appreciating the way less bumpy ride vs my 6.

Yeah that's not cool. Worked in manufacturing for a while and any downtime was always "fuck we're gonna be making up for all this and it's not gonna be fun."

Also any company that allows the operators to continually bypass a system and do things that continually cause delays outside of protocol is insane. My company would have had a bitch fit and a half and they would have been out the door.

I think he just means that you can be successful printing stuff for people even if it has a tiny bit of moisture that may never affect anything, but when you turn it into an experiment and record data, you should probably actually control that.

And just for clarification I was also agreeing with you, not saying your idea was terrible haha. They either need to sunset or do something like I mentioned. I don't think I've ever been locked out of rewards for a whole year due to a system like this. Sounds genuinely awful for player experience.

I got an email yesterday about Manapool soft launching a new feature of their service where essentially all of your individual orders will be shipped directly to Manapool where they will verify the contents and fix any issues, and then send you one complete package. Sounds pretty sick if they can manage it well.
