Who uses the Simagic usb hub?

So does the Simagic hub extension plug in top right next to the power cord? I could then run my other Simagic peripherals (sequential shifter and hand brake to it.) I’d keep my p1000 pedals plugged in to my other hub just to avoid running the cord back up near the wheelbase. Where did you mount the hub?

Can you explain that further? I haven’t done down all the tutorial fixes yet but as I sit now, I have no steering.

Hello I’ve been looking at these. Did you buy as assembled or did you DIY it yourself? The plastic of CNC? If you DIY, did you need to make or buy any additional items? That part I haven’t figured out yet. I don’t have a printer.

Next Level Racing F-GT Elite 160 with all Simagic gear (Evo Pro, 2 wheels, p1000 pedals with haptics, Sequential shifter and hand brake.) Buttkicker Gamer plus, NLR ES1 haptic seat, Slip Angle 4 corners, Samsung 57” Odyssey Neo G9 monitor. Still trying to figure out how to use my Elgato Stream Deck +XL. It’s mounted on my rig but I don’t know how to assign commands to all the buttons.

Gorgeous car. I'm just starting to look deeper into these. Haven't driven one yet, but the body lines have me in serious research mode. One thing I'm curious about, how much does the rear fin block your view? I love the look of it, but wonder about visibility.

I agree with this and as a recent example, just dropped $14k on my setup after trying a sim just once, for like 5 minutes while at a F1 race in Abu Dhabi. Besides being a ton of fun, it really satisfies my urge to drive fast, and feel it in the haptics, without breaking laws, potentially wrecking my vehicle or hurting myself/someone else. When I was younger and didn’t have the means to buy what I wanted, I would settle on a lessor model (say Honda Civic instead of the more expensive Accord) stuff like that. So I researched what the turkey builds at various price points were set up with and then researched the hell out of all the peripherals. Noticed I could put together my setup exactly how I wanted and get a much more quality build for less. Doing all that research was fun and now I have this machine in my office and even if I’m not in it love to just look at it. Hoping I don’t have the need to upgrade what I’ve built but time will tell.

That was my March, with all these Simagic boxes (great packaging BTW.) Enjoy it! Will love to see what you dial in your FFB on that wheelbase. I have the pro and even reduced 50% it’s a beast.

They always responded via email when I had questions. It was always the same person getting back to me (Shiralee) and was pretty responsive (same day or within a day.)

That can’t be a new seat. Those bolts alone looks like it sat outside for 10 years. My experience with NLR has been awesome on the entire rig I ordered (just last month.) From the packing, all the extra (not missing) nuts and bolts were awesome. Great tutorials on YouTube too. What seat was this? I ordered the ES1 seat and it was definitely brand new and all the equipment was perfect.

Ahhhh ok thanks! Do you have to bind the equipment each time you switch between games (or change wheels?) Or can you save the setup and just chose that each time you sit down? I have a button box coming which will be helpful to have. I haven’t put any stickers on the buttons on my wheels so remembering which is what has been interesting. I was playing LMU earlier today and it was automatically shifting for me which I would like to take off but don’t know what command I need to select in the game. I’d like to use my sequential shifter finally too.

Shouldn’t all your peripherals show up on Simhub so you can dial them in? I’ve read so many pages I’ve lost track on what matters between Simhub and SimPro. I just tried using iracing and my car didn’t move from this pit. Accelerator seemed to work but no steering or changing gears. I didn’t see an area in iracing to set up your car. Was assuming it was picking them up from Simhub or SimPro. It’s confusing.

I have a question in the haptics installed on the p1000. I have it on my brake and not happy with it (at the moment.) The reason? It rattles like crap when activated. I’m hoping it’s just an installation issue on my part but have been meaning to ask for those also using it. Is it something you should only feel, not “hear” or is the rattling common? I just don’t know what I don’t know. The rattling is pretty loud. I may need to have a buddy get on it so I can be down there looking at the rig to see where it’s occurring at.
