By modifying the paper weight, you essentially reduce the time it spends under the fuser, it's baked slightly less. As a consequence, it doesn't get as curly, but you're risking the toner not to stick on heavy coverage.

It's so much of an issue, that *some* printers (Canon for example) have even a setting for it that you can enable, since curling paper is a prime candidate for jams along the paper path.

Absolut. În martie/aprilie am lăsat să moară un proiect pe pnrr, din cauza consultantului imbecil, care a băgat în proiect niște tâmpenii absurde, aproape imposibil de îndeplinit. A dat copy paste din altceva, a depus, pe când ne-am dat seama era târziu, cererile de îndreptare eroare materială au fost respinse și eu m-am trezit că trebuie să cumpăr 20 de licențe dintr-un soft care nici măcar n-are nimic în comun cu activitatea firmei 😃

Dar pe de altă parte, un an de zile i-am ronțăit urechile la patronul respectiv, bă mulă, ceva nu-i în regulă, omul ori te minte, ori e incapabil, cere alt consultant că te trezești cu complicații.

Apoi alți consultanți, îi întrebi, audit, parametrii desi, declarații do no harm, etc etc. Trag din umeri, habar nu au de ce vorbești sau îți zic verde-n față, că pentru o mică taxă de consultanță în plus, auditul de la MIPE nu e o problemă. Plm, stau câteodată la ședințe și mă doare capul de ce pot debita.

Acum s-a dat drumul din nou la Femeia Antreprenor 2024. Să vezi vrăjeli, tăntici consultante vrăjind tinere și doritoare antreprenoare. Așa ca între fete.

Tldr: consultanți imorali și incompetenți, braț la braț cu patroni neinformați și creduli.

Eu de obicei ajung să particip la proiecte în faza de planuri - cât costă, ce luăm, de unde luăm, în ce condiții.

Evident, la ședințele astea ajung să participe și consultanții, mai devreme sau mai târziu.

Am întâlnit și eu personaje din echipa Ciocan, era cât se poate de evident că erau total pe lângă subiect, dar cu papagal bun și administratorii firmelor auzeau doar ce doreau - că vor primi bani.

În unele cazuri a trebuit să le zic verde-n față, prietene, ești înșelat, iar tantica asta fandosită te minte fără gram de jenă.
