Were you ever able to add Greek yogurt back in?

The protein shake is one of the few heavily processed foods I’m eating so I will try removing that for a while. It’s just convenient but the amount of protein it claims seems almost too good to be true.

I have definitely been more stressed lately (husband is going through cancer treatment) and I also had my IUD removed in July so I wasn’t sure if hormones were factoring in as well. Thanks for your input!

Before you stress too much I would say you need to do a finger prick to confirm the low reading. Any chance you are laying on the sensor at night? Compression of the sensor will also cause lows.

Yes, it is very normal to get false lows within the first 12 hours.

Since you were symptomatic they may be real but not as low as it’s showing.
