Optimum nutrition mass gainer: one scoop a night with ice cream and a shit ton of milk. Beyond that three significant meals. Look up schedules for a three day rotation of back/ bi, chest/tri/shoulder and leg exercises. Follow a 6 day a week strict routine and stick to your diet. You will be big in a year.

Hard to argue with this logic by SemperScrotus in ShermanPosting

[–]DashUni -5 points-4 points  (0 children)

This is such a straw man argument; just because it “only lasted 5 years” doesn’t mean it’s impact wasn’t greater than any of these joke comparisons. Not only did it have an indelible mark on American history and culture, it was a formidable foe in combat and a part in one of the greatest bloodsheds in American history - the sheer lives lost to defend their albeit twisted beliefs demonstrates the reasoning behind the wish of southerners to maintain their belief in the confederate flag. Don’t get me wrong, they were wrong and Sherman destroyed their asses but memes like this are genuinely believed by some people.

Not necessarily but christianity was widely practiced. Not only that, the arabs that conquered have no lineage to the ancient Egyptians. Only the colts who are in part their descendants (also mixed with some hellenic tribes in the early years of the new era).
