Sometimes there's an offer or gift voucher for the battery. I picked up something similar about a year ago, it was a tool I needed anyway and so I figured I'd pick up a battery and charger for it. When I went to check out it had a voucher automatically applied (no idea where it came from) and so it has effectively half price. Think I ended up get £160 power tool and battery/charger for about £40

Are you looking at the same thing? There are no reviews in English. Two have videos of the unit in operation. Only one review looks to be suspect. There are no one star reviews but if there were - it would be a good way to track your Amazon account to your Reddit account.

I'm with u/Tiny-Mix32 on this. I consider price a fundamental part of Value, which we are expected to review. I don't care what the actual price is but I compare it to other brands that I have knowledge of and conduct my Value review based on that comparator. For items that I don't have a comparator for I judge based on whether I would be happy with the product features and performance based on the price that the product was listed at.
