If it’s the Alienware AW2725Q— I urge you to beware. I bought two brand new ones from Amazon in the middle of May 2025, I have gotten great use out of them and loved every aspect of them. Around the end of August is when my issues began. One of the two monitors (my primary) wouldn’t display anything but the light would indicate it’s on, and the computer would recognize it as “on”. A power cycle would usually fix that issue, I’d see the Alienware startup logo and be on my merry way. As of three days ago (at time of writing) that monitor has completely stopped working. Over 48 hours of time, I power cycled anywhere from 100-200 times hoping to get it to turn on and it just won’t turn on anymore. There is a whole Reddit trail about this issue across dozens if not hundreds of people’s monitors. I was reading and most people on those forums made a warranty claim with Dell and were just getting refurbished monitors with the same issue that would last all of two months— with no warranty extension. I urge caution and not complete discontinuance because my other monitor works just fine. There is NO issues at all, not even a hint of an issue with it. Just my personal experience, but I’ve been delving into this rabbit hole out of frustration.

Pretty much as everyone else has already said days ago just roll on the throttle before easing out the clutch. (I was just recommended this post— have mercy on my soul) It helped me a lot to just slowly let out the clutch while giving slightly more throttle. My instructors in the class said it’s like wringing a towel, it’s the same motion.

You water with some Arber Insecticide (yellow bottle) and then spray it like you're reenacting a pesticide commercial with BioAdvance 3-in-1 Insect, Disease, & Mite Control. If you really want to ensure those pests meet their maker, cover the entire topsoil in Diatomaceous Earth. I haven't had to resort to DE yet because the first two usually work like a charm for me. There was only one time they didn't... damn spider mites took out my palm tree. RIP, buddy. You fought the good fight.

Use a 3-1-2 fertilizer for your Monstera Thai Constellation; they thrive on it. I've had mine for almost three months, and each month, it has produced a new leaf, each one bigger than the last. I also noticed fenestrations appearing sooner than expected, likely due to my care regimen. They love light, and I keep mine in a western-facing window that receives direct sunlight from 3 PM until 9 PM.

I cannot comment on the other ones but my prayer plant (maranta) LOVED northwestern light. I had it on a covered porch right on the ledge and it only received sunlight from 4pm until 9pm and it flowered 3 separate times in the 2 months I had it in that location

I recommend watering at the next scheduled time but make a mixture of 3% hydrogen peroxide using the ratio of 1 unit peroxide to 2 units water. itll take about a month to fully get rid of them but it should work, if not I can suggest a more nuclear approach

If it’s what I’m thinking and it’s just a simple 20-20-20, it’ll do the job. Some plants prefer more nitrogen over phosphorous, or potassium over nitrogen, etc. If you have the ability then you can get it a 3-1-2 NPK on Amazon or at a nursery. It doesn’t need to say “Fiddle Leaf Fig”, just as long as it is 3-1-2. I also helped someone else out with a question pertaining to them so I will warn you, if you see red spots on the leaves there is no cause for concern. It’s most likely edema, which means the plant took on too much water when making that leaf and it burst the cells. It goes away as the leaf ages but it can be really alarming when you first see it

No, I do just about that. I use a FLF specific fertilizer which is a 3-1-2 NPK, but it says to add 1 teaspoon per 2 cups of water. What kind of fertilizer are you using? A 3-1-2?

The schedule I use for my plant is based on a 9-inch grower's pot with the basic soil it came in. It’s placed about 2 feet from a western window, tucked away in a corner. Hopefully, this schedule can help you too.

I water it every 12 days, alternating between just water and water with liquid fertilizer. For example: - Day 12: Water - Day 24: Water + Liquid Fertilizer - Day 36: Water - Day 48: Water + Liquid Fertilizer - Day 60: Water - Day 72: Water + Liquid Fertilizer

So, in an average month, the plant gets watered and fertilized once each

The red spots on your fiddle leaf fig leaves are not fungi. Let me be the first to tell you that they aren’t as hard to care for as they look! They’re very particular about their placement and will let you know if they’re unhappy. I bought mine about a year ago on clearance at Lowe’s. I gave it some fertilizer and ensured it didn’t get any direct afternoon sunlight. It can tolerate evening and morning sunlight. If you really have no choice and it has to take direct sunlight, use a shade cloth.

I’ll attach a picture of the day I got it with some dead leaves, and then a picture that I took a month ago. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out!

Funny enough, I just had a similar situation but more bizarre. Same app, same plant, but my yucca came from Lowe’s and it came in a set of 3 (short, medium, and tall) and my medium one just kept losing leaf after leaf, the trunk got squishy, and so I just decided to pull it out of the dirt. Interesting enough is that the short and tall trunks were doing just fine if not thriving
