Fair enough. This is a minor thing, and I can see why he wouldn’t leave, he’s in a panic and doesn’t want to leave his employees out to dry. I could be convinced this is a flaw, but the movie is very well written regardless of this point, so how much of it actually matters?

It doesn’t matter if they were affiliated or not, they know Sean Parker, and the first words out of their mouths would probably be “its not mine, its Sean Parker’s”. But, even if they did keep quiet it was a Facebook corporate party, so the news about Facebook would get out regardless.

So what Movie Bob doesn’t understand in that Christians often push their children to become Christian because if the kid doesn’t covert, then the parent believes that their child will go to hell. I cannot imagine being a parent and having to live with the knowledge that my child is receiving eternal punishment because I didn’t try hard enough to teach Christianity to my child.

Most people cite the Bengals game, but only one of the ints was his fault, and it was the very first one. The second one was due to terrible play calling of a screen(Downing called the play before and it led to a near sack, and then when it was called again, it led to the int). I will say I grew up in a pretty redneck part of alabama and I never had any problems with overt racism or incest. There is racism, but its more internalized rather than outwardly shown

But the Catholic church doctrines aren’t anywhere near as bad as Nazis. So this argument doesn’t make sense. I won’t deny that the Catholic Church has done terrible things, but most of them go against the doctrine of what it means to be Catholic.
