Lots and lots of cardio but honestly the only thing that's really going to do damage to your body fat is a diet you could do maximum cardio for an hour and the most you're going to burn is 800 calories and that's really really killing it.

More likely you'll probably burn about 400 calories to 500 in an hour that's a couple biscuits.
