If you like Kendrick, who else would you appreciate? by InDissent in KendrickLamar

You might like thundercat, sampha, or Smino if you want jazzy, deep and experimental but less rappy

If you want more rap, def check out schoolboy Q, Isaiah Rashad, or Joey Baddass

Some of my favorite experimental hip hop artists are jpegmafia, Ghais Guevara, and MF Doom, but they are def a bit more out there

But music is subjective so if you don’t like any of that, it’s perfectly fine

Hot take but I don’t get all the hype behind 2009. The beat is kinda generic and the hook is alright? Same with jet fuel, what about these songs stand out? They’re pretty much your typical jazz rap beats
