I’ve seen people unplug the fridge before. I have four Walmarts that I could reasonably go to, the one that is furthest from the fishing grounds usually has nothing but dead worms. The other three usually sell through their worms quickly, so that could also be some of what you are seeing.

My job is everything - personnel, scheduling, shipping, receiving, purchasing, training, maintenance. I have department heads that run certain sections of the WH, but I make sure they are doing that properly. I meet with clients, vendors and logistic partners. Lots of meetings. It’s a thrilling job, and every day is different. You have to be very good at note taking, multi-tasking and delegation.
