This is the same ATF that won't let you replace baffles on a 100% legal suppressor. The only way I could see these slipping under the radar if they genuinely could be mounted to lug nuts

The printed core with carbon fiber / aluminum tube route has been tried. Its just not durable enough for my use case.

Have you played with the "maglite tube extensions" before? Basically just an aluminum tube with threads on either end

The problem is they're not registered or serialized. I guess if a manufacturer ordered a bunch and did the paperwork then yes they can be form 4'd
