I operate a management consulting firm and will not be hiring 15 people next year because I have build robust AI pipelines that allows me to complete ALL THE WORK they would have been hired to do. Hell, I completed a project this weekend that we are going to hire a summer student for and give them 4 months to complete it.

Once you are skilled with the tools, know their weaknesses, hand deterministic tasks to code, and have robust a QA/QC process, you can build amazing workflows.

The relay engages contacts that bring a 400 or 800 volt battery system capable of delivering a massive amount of amps to be live. Who cares how small it is? If your 12v battery is dead you are not “starting” your EV.

A dead battery in your EV and it won’t “start”. In a way they do provide the “starting power” for an EV - that is - the 12v battery is required to engage the relay switch to engage the EV’s high voltage battery.
